We don't use the traditional Android 1/2.x menu button in WLMMobile (at least so far), but on ICS and Jelly Bean we end up triggering the back-compatibility display of the menu button on the side of the button bar at bottom/right of screen.

If we're not going to use it, we should adjust the manifest so that this doesn't get shown.
