The graphical CAPTCHA has been cracked, so bunch of spambots are registering accounts and spamming around. It should be improved - the letters should be obscured different way.

Too vague to be useful IMO. T141490: Deploy improved FancyCaptcha, {T125132} and {T231877} include some specific and actionable proposals.
