Easily checked by clicking the URL. The answer is yes. Niklas is working on a story[1] this sprint that may prevent this from happening.

As far as I know this only happens on translatewiki.net, not on the cluster.

Fixed in gerrit 29575 by Niklas. It's also pretty fast, now.
