Yes, paged tiff handler probably does a custom short description.

My local version was different, but also didn't display the image so it's
probably broken:
Samia_Halaby,_-Grey_and_Pink-_(2008).tif ‎(3,094 × 2,560 pixels, file size:
22.69 MB, MIME type: image/tiff)

You're probably not using paged tiff handler locally.

Appears to be caused by gerrit change 29593 which was meant as a fix for bug 41305. I don't think that fix is appropriate since the size should never be an integer.

Gerrit 30596 has patch.
