Description

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #42155 +++

NS_PROJECT namespace is currently "Project" (منصوبہ) and not "Wikipedia" (ویکیپیڈیا). It should be renamed.

Note there is currently pages starting by منصوبہ:.

Looks like just https://ur.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D9%85%D9%86%D8%B5%D9%88%D8%A8%DB%81:!Dead-end_pages

So anyway, InitialiseSettings.php:

'urwiki' => 'منصوبہ',

+ 'urwiki' => 'ویکیپیڈیا',

Not sure if there's anything else to do here as part of operations/mediawiki-config.git...
