Description

https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/42211/ limited notifications for "notify on links to pages I created" in NS_MAIN only. However, NS_MAIN isn't the only namespace to contain content. It should notify on links to pages I created in namespaces defined in $wgContentNamespaces instead.
