Clicking "Remove as reviewer" sends the user to the top of the page (and a # is added to the url), even though the interface box that appears is near the bottom of the page where the button was clicked in the students table.

The same happens with the "Remove from course" link for removing students: the interface box appears at the students table, but the browser goes to the top of the page upon click.
