Description:
Updated lang file... I used the php genered from Allmessages to make this file.
It is now Romanian 100% for 1.4.5 version.
You can just update this file on ro.wikipedia.org; I think that there is no
need for rebuildMessages.php just update this file because is based on actual file.

Please provide a diff against the current CVS HEAD and remove wikipediaisms from
the file.
