Switch to iOS component.

I'll take this on if I can be pointed toward the licensing info to be used...

I want to double-check with Tomasz if we want to stick with GPLv2 as originally planned or if we should MIT- or dual-license it (GPLv2 is ..... sorta funky with the Apple app store terms).

Should definitely have:

app name and version number
web link to license info
web link to github project
web link to Commons?
(maybe) web link to bugzilla entry form?
list of authors

Will want to make some of the various bits localized...
