Steps to reproduce:

Goto https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Treefort2013EdmundWayneBassoonist.ogv or https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Membrane-Assembly-during-the-Infection-Cycle-of-the-Giant-Mimivirus-ppat.1003367.s004.ogv
The failed transcode gives "timeout" error

Expected result:

No timeout-error because the videos are quite small and short
or: more information about the timeout error.
