VipsScaler test page File field should autocomplete

Description

When using the Special:VipsTest page, user is asked for a filename, it would be nice to have autocompletion there, maybe using the prefix search API. That should probably be implemented in MediaWiki core HTMLForm to share the feature.

Self closing that idea. VipsScaler is not used that much and the test page is solely for developers.
