I think that the problem is: you've uploaded the image to the commons, but to
meta too. And the meta version is somewhat buggy and it's overriding commons.
Delete the meta one and I think it'll work.

I'm not a meta admin either, but you can kindly ask one. It seems that the meta
image page for that image has the location of the image listed wrong.

I've deleted the image.
