It seems the udp2log relay of the streams went down.
Ops are looking into it: RT 5673.

The relay is up again, and streams are getting data again.

Will recheck tomorrow, if the new data made it into the relevant
gzipped tsvs.

The 5xx.tsv were affected as well, just as webstatscollector was.

Actually, all udp2log consumers except those on emery have been affected.

Also the esams part of EventLogging got lost during the downtime of gadolinium.

Gzipped tsvs show up at the usual places again.
Webstatscollector is collecting again.
Eventlogging is getting esams events again.

Aborting since we want to to turn those scripts off, and it seems we
won't invest in cleaning them up. The latest delpoyed code of this
