schema change needs to be done on wb_terms table on wikidatawiki and testwikidatawiki to add/change the indexes, per bug 45529

schema patch is in Wikibase/repo/sql/UpdateTermIndexes.sql (although we were going to do some special stuff for wikidata, per bug 45529)
