"Phabricator is a collaboration platform open to all Wikimedians".
As much as I like the term https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedian , I regularly see users confused by it (even wikipedians). Simple change: "all Wikimedia users". Safer change: "all Wikimedia and MediaWiki users".

If we agree this is a problem, and if we agree on a solution, then this is very easy to fix.
I still like "Wikimedians" there, though. I wonder whether the % of users landing in Phabricator will be equally confused? We could also link to that page, if that helps.

I like "all Wikimedia and MediaWiki users." Not sure everyone involved in MediaWiki considers themselves a Wikimedian.

Changed:
Phabricator is a collaboration platform open to all Wikimedia and MediaWiki contributors.
Ok to specify Wikimedia and MediaWiki. I hope you agree that "contributor" keeps better the original meaning. All users in Phabricator are contributors.
