"Portal" and the associated talk namespace are not generic, they are custom namespaces.
It is not the scope of MediaWiki to support these namespaces individualy
in "Special:Allmessages" as in [[wikinews:de:Special:Allmessages]].
Please "look around" and find similar messages at other projects. Portal gets very popular.
One message you find at [[de:MediaWiki:Nstab-portal]]. You created the page yourself. For
