I was puzzeled why "(" and ")" gets included into the url. This is the subject
of this bug.

I made also [[wikt:de:user_talk:Gangleri#tests_localurl_foo]].

My inderstanding of wiki syntax is that urls / external links are generated
depending on what is *inside* "[" and "]" and *not* what is outside of "[" and "]".

[[wikt:de:user_talk:Gangleri#tests_localurl]] is about external links that
genereate [n] links and [[wikt:de:user_talk:Gangleri#tests_localurl_foo]] about
external links that genereate [foo].

That's right, it's what you put inside the [ and ].
