The red circle surrounds the template I'm attempting to edit, the blue ones surround the visual editor buttons that do not respond.

Hi, after inserting a template (which worked fine), when I reopen it for editing (by doubleclick), and committing the change (see attached image), the editor buttons do not respond.

I can't replicate this using Chrome on Mac or Linux using the English Wikipedia template {{Main}} (which I'm guessing is what you were using).

Can you give steps to replicate, or a link to the page that this occurs on, if you still can? Provisionally marking as "WORKSFORME", but please re-open if you can.
