I added https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/143192 to make CentralAuth's cookie path setting be configurable, like core's.

I've run this patch on my local dev environment for the last couple years, so I can have multiple CentralAuth wikis on one domain (makes ssl handling easier).

I think it makes sense to have core and CentralAuth have roughly the same set of cookie options, and it make setting up ssl in your test environment a little easier. But if anyone disagrees, I can continue just using this as my own local hack.
