Göttliche Komödie (Streckfuß 1876).pdf

Originally filed at "bad performance of treecleaner"

The problem seems to be the fixNesting method which tries to move definition lists out of paragraphs. In the above article, there are thousands of definitionslists, therefore this process is way to slow. The treecleaner rewrite in the respective branch should fix this once it is ready.

It seems we now have the same performance problem with OCG/rdf2latex/new PDF rendering and the many
or
or whatever present there:

Die Erstellung der Dokumentendatei ist fehlgeschlagen. Status: Rendering process died with non zero code: 1 Zurück zu Faust - Der Tragödie erster Teil

from the page:

No content rendered (after "Druck und Verlag von Philipp Reclam jun.") in the attached PDF, from the page:

Version: unspecified
Severity: normal

As already announced in Tech News, OfflineContentGenerator (OCG) will not be used anymore after October 1st, 2017 on Wikimedia sites. OCG will be replaced by Electron. You can read more on

Aklapper removed a project: Internet-Archive.

Going to and clicking "Download as PDF", it successfully creates a PDF file with 235 pages nowadays that we use Proton and Electron-PDFs on Wikimedia servers, instead of OCG.
Not sure how to test as that only has five pages.

If there is still an issue with currently available PDF export on Wikimedia servers, then please file a new ticket with updated information and steps to reproduce. Thanks!
