Name should be global-renamers-l or a variation thereof.

Yep. I'd advice the name global-renamers or global-renamers-l. It should have closed subscriptions and a private accessible archive.

Seems valid. It will be global-renamers as per the name scheme. Will do in about 10 minutes :)
