b) use [[meta:LanguageRmy.php/sandbox]] as initial MessagesRmy.php
c) use Romanian language as "fallback" for Romani

There are some phenomenas unknown to me:

a) The colours at [[rmy:special:Allmessages#msg_addedwatch]] do not match what I
experienced elsewhere. The English messages are showing despite the existance of
Romanian messages.
b) see [[rmy:MediaWiki talk:Wrongpassword]]
{{msgnw:MediaWiki:{{PAGENAME}}}} renders in Romani *but*
{{int:{{PAGENAME}}}} renders in *English
c) The Navigation, tabs and personal toolbar should be in Romani else in
Romanian and if nono of the two are translated in English. This is *not* the case.

I would very apreciate if "Romani extends Romanian" (fallback on Romanian) would
be fixed. Thanks in advance!
