The new namespace "Flexion" was created yesterday (T76357). As it is supposed to be a content namespace (like main, "Verzeichnis", "Thesaurus" and "Reim") and we're going to move pages from the main namespace there, FlaggedRevs should also be enabled there (cf. T67316). (Sorry, I forgot to mention this before.)
