Actually this bug was fixed in 2008 already, see T3505. But now we' ve got at least two cases, where additions to a page were blocked although the editor (a bot) did not add a link and seemed to edit some totally other part of the page. The sbl log entries are:

What could the reason be? Maybe this has something to do with T34159?
