BlazeGraph Finalization: Prefix vs Suffix

Description

Wikidata toolkit uses suffix on property names to mean things like "value", "statement", and "reference of this type". This *feels like* something that prefixes should be for. We need to figure out why suffixes are used here.

Resolved. Use whatever you want just try to make the IRIs resolve. We believe prefixes will be more convenient to users.
