What if new Discussion pages created in mediawiki.org would come with Flow?

PS: this is a request made by a mediawiki.org editor missing Flow in more Talk pages, not involved in the Flow team and not having any agenda on this subject.

We need to do the liquid threads transition there first, i believe we will be testing and preparing for that in our next sprint or so. After liquidthreads is turned off we can move forward on this.

It's not really a blocker. It's more of a roadmap decision.
