Usable parameters from the URL should be reused at the first landing page

Description

The ContentTranslation does not pick up usable parameters from the call to the first page, that is given an URL parameters like &page=Åverk&from=nn&to=no&targettitle= it should use the values for the fields on the page. The user would still have to POST the next request to start the translation.

As I recall this worked like this in an earlier version. Could it be that it is something wrong with the URL?
