Multiple column layouts should be ignored on mobile

Description

Multiple column layouts using {{col-begin}}{{col-break}}{{col-end}} look crazy on mobile, they are impossible to read. They should be displayed as a single column layout.

Single column layout for both tablet and mobile? Doesn't tablet landscape have enough space to display multi-column layout?

@bmansurov Thanks for clarifying, just on phones. Anything larger can display multiple columns. Does that make sense?
