Description

I replaced existing upper case (H in History of France) with lower case (history of France). Next, checked the diff - the case didn't change,
then, I replaced cases in the linking text - still, nothing changed in the review,
I saved my edit - consequently, there's upper case in the diff.

Cannot reproduce...

There are two issues here:

First, VE Link inspector always displays links with the first letter capitalized.

Type a word in lower case - highlight it and make into a link.

The Link inspector will display the saved link with a capital letter.
Click 'Edit' in the Link inspector - the word 'capital' will be displayed in a lower case.

Second, if a link has two words - in order to change the link's case ->both words should be changed.
