Make MediaWiki:Abusefilter-log-entry link to the CentralAuth page of the user triggering the filter

Description

See here. It would be good if the filter log entries in Special:AbuseLog could have a link to the CentralAuth page of the user triggering the filter, specially since global abuse filters are now avalaible and CentralAuth-lock is the only way we have to stop cross-wiki vandals.

The same with MediaWiki:Abusefilter-log-entry-withdiff

If doing it via MW code is difficult, would it be possible for anyone to code a JavaScript to have this functionality in the meanwhile? It'd be really helpful. Thanks.
