Description

Start a new topic - and type something.
Hide the post - the post will be properly hidden: "This comment was hidden by Etonkovidova (history)"
Click on 'history' and click on 'unhide'.

Several errors starting with "[FLOW] Failed to getInstanceByElement: no $container.length..." will be displayed in the Console.

Click again on 'unhide' in 'history' - "Insufficient permissions to execute this action."will be displayed.

Click on 'Cancel', then 'Ok' to confirm - and then, click on the backspace button to return to Flow. The post will be unhidden.

Unbreak Now because it affects moderation.

Appears to be same underlying cause as T95174 (trying to treat the moderation field as a wikitext/VE editor when it really only supports plaintext).
