Search translation is disabled. The Special:SearchTranslations shows "This wiki does not have a translation search service.".

Phoenix303 set Security to None.

This setting belongs to the mleb role in the mediawiki/vagrant repository, which also needs to set up ElasticSearch.

@Nemo_bis As pointed out by Nikerabbit this setting cannot be enabled by default. So moving this to LocalSettings.php on translation-search.
