[Migrated] ExplicitCapture in regex tester is not saved when changes are applied

@Perhelion the explicit capture option is working for me in the regex tester. Would you describe in more detail what issue you're having?

I guess this is related to FaR and AdvancedRegexHtmlScraper not exposing ExplicitCapture anywhere

Changing status from stalled to open per last comment.

To clarify, the ExplicitCapture checkbox works in the regex tester, but is not saved to the rule when changes are applied, as can be seen by checking the box, closing the regex tester with changes applied, then re-opening the regex tester - the box is unchecked again. The regex tester is the only place ExplicitCapture can be selected.
