The issue was fixed yesterday, about 8 hours before you posted, but it seems that the anonymous cache of the CSS hasn't expired yet. If you load the url with ?debug=true, you should note it is fine.

Hello everyone, I am Plantaest user on the Vietnamese Wikipedia, an interface administrator, and I have temporarily hidden the AdvancedSiteNotices notification box using CSS. Some members of the community have also suggested hiding it on the mobile interface recently (previously it did not cause display errors on mobile). In the near future, this utility will be rewritten entirely by the community as requested many years ago. This utility is essential for community members to grasp the issues currently occurring (voting, discussions, regulations).

The dialog is using Verdana font. Should change the font to the sans-serif font by default? See Typography refresh.

Most modern operating systems support common Vietnamese input methods, such as: Telex and VNI.

Since some bots have flood flag (not bot flag), the old dataset had their edits. Bots on viwiki are often named with the suffix "bot" or "AWB".
