Should be cleaned now, 24G left. There is a cleanup script deleting old files: tools.videoconvert@tools-sgebastion-07:~/public_html/server/php/files$ php cleanup.php >> cleanup210617.txt This should be run as a cron script, I just have to figure out how to do that on toolforge.

I was running the tools' cleanup script, now all old video files should be deleted.

Fixed it for now, only a single place caused the error. I added a check for a false directory handle though I can't reproduce where it actually originated from. Deleted the error log file.
Also cleaned the actual video data by running "php cleanup.php >> cleanup170520.txt" in /data/project/videoconvert/public_html/server/php, reduced the data from 226GB to 20GB.
@madhuvishy Can you revert the permissions now?
I cant login to the server right now, What does the logfile say? I can check it in the evening.

My original bug report was regarding the lack of possibility to go a step back in the process, e.g. unselecting a picute/adding another one, changing the filename etc.
I think this issue is still not solved: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T38583

I suddenly get the error "Unable to run job: denied: host "tools-webgrid-06.eqiad.wmflabs" is no submit host." on https://tools.wmflabs.org/videoconvert/, so I guess tools-webgrid-06.eqiad needs to be added to the list of submit hosts, too?
