Description

@Automatik has a compat script which uses query.GetData to get a list of deleted revisions for a user , not restricted to a page.

In core, APISite.deletedrevs requires a page , and of course Page.loadDeletedRevisions does also.

And related is T75370

User.deleted_contributions() was introduced with release 5.5 and should do the job.
