Currently, this check looks in the image table of commons, being not able to check other parameters than "image". Maybe, this constraint has to be split.

I don’t think it needs to be split – it can just look in the page table instead, with the right namespace (NS_FILE, …).

Oh, except that the page table has an escaped name (foo_bar.jpg instead of foo bar.jpg). I hope that’s not a problem.

(Edit: nevermind, image has the same problem and the old code just replaced with _. But let’s use a proper TitleParser.)
