Wikidata changes in watchlist on client showed wrong links

Description

This was today one of rows in my watchlist:

(rozdíl | historie) . . D Five Nights at Freddy's 3 (Q18671654); 12:08 . . Jvs (diskuse | příspěvky) (Odkaz na tuto stránku byl z Wikidat odstraněn. Mezijazykové odkazy odstraněny.)

There wouldn't be anything wrong if the watched item (Five Nights...) wasn't connected to Q18913274 (ie. I was notified about an action in another item which even isn't on my watchlist).

  1. No item was deleted.
  2. "Lost in Time (hra)" does have subscribed changes to Q1533550, but this is not its Qid (same as above).

Where Q218 is Romania. This happens for me only with Armenia related categories.

Just a statement: When making Wikidata as a central hub for data it should at least guaranteed that the observation of changes are properly displayed. That is why I would recommend to work on this issue
