[feature request] Watchlist display of wikidata edits (of items connected to a page via arbitrary access) is a bit confusing [add label of linked item]
Open, MediumPublic

Description

We display the page title of the wikipedia page and in brackets the Q id of the changed item.

so, in this example, I am watching the page "Icefields Parkway" and see such entry in my watchlist:

(diff | hist) . . D Icefields Parkway (Q16); 10:52 . . 90.23.201.232 (talk) (‎Changed [en] label: Manu69dienne)

it looked to me like vandalism so i clicked on the Q id link, and was a bit surprised and confused for a minute that it's not the item for Icefields Parkway. Instead it's the item for Canada. (and while all vandalism is important to spot, this vandalism is especially important and but it's opaque to me that the Canada item changed if I don't know Q16 is Canada)

Now I added Canada wikipedia page to my watchlist and the display is like this:

watchlist-items2.png (257×571 px, 86 KB)

I am not entirely sure how to present these changes more nicely, except maybe show both the Q id + label in brackets.

It would really help if the label of the linked item would appear

In case anyone here is interested, I made a userscript to fix this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Evad37/WikidataWatchlistLabels - it also fetches labels for P- and Q-numbers in edit summaries.
