Description

Story:
If I click on the "go to Phragile" link in a Phabricator Sprint Project where the Sprint does not exist on Phragile yet, I want to have a page shown that allows me to instantly create that Sprint on Phragile. If the link contains information on the Sprint start- and end-dates I want that information to be pre-filled already in the form for creating the new Sprint on Phragile.

Details:
Example: When navigating to https://phragile.wmflabs.org/sprints/13382784362 a nice landing-page should be shown with the possibility to create that sprint.
