The TOC basically just disappears when I scroll down in Firefox locally (on ec14645e4f78cee202cc9681134ac07ea883e36a).

In Chromium 41.0.2272.118, it starts disappearing immediately.

Actually, only in some cases. In others, it behaves like Firefox.
