What is the LanguageTool server and where is it running on Tool Labs? Could someone add some documentation about this to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:LanguageTool or on WikiTech? Would this be available as a service for other tools?

Or is there anything that others could help with? @Ankita-ks: I am resetting the assignee of this task because there has not been progress lately (please correct me if I am wrong!).
Resetting the assignee avoids the impression that somebody is already working on this task. It also allows others to potentially work towards fixing this task.
