Allow client-side refreshing of graph hashes

Description

Currently, graph hashes are refreshed once at page load on ParserFirstCallInit, and have no way to be refreshed from the client during execution. We should add a way to access and edit the hashes through AJAX to accommodate WYSIWYG graph editing from tools such as VE.
