Description

It would be nice to restore the https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Lvova/Connectivity project (see archived example), which helped improve the linkage between articles on many wikis (thousands on the Italian Wikipedia).

Ideally, we'd also restore the РобоСтася bot, whose work I'm still using.

@Lvova or @Голем / @mashiah, or @Wizardist and Jkroll from https://tools.wmflabs.org/connectivity/ , could maybe help write down the requirements; code is in https://git.wikimedia.org/summary/?r=labs/tools/connectivity.git
