Description

We cannot upgrade the Wikidata browser tests to use mediawiki selenium 1.4.0 because the wikidata api gem they use does not work with the mediawiki_api 0.4 gem.

The wikidata api gem needs to be adapted to work with mediawiki_api 0.4
