[Regression pre-wmf16] VE crashes when clicking on the Row/Column inserter arrow

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert a table
3.Click on the arrow to insert a row or column

Observed Result:
The menu to insert row/column does not appear instead VE crashes so badly that it freezes the current browser window.

Following error found in the console:
Uncaught TypeError: cannot read property 'isEditable' of Undefined
