[betalabs] Regression: 'Start a new topic' displays the text from previous topic post

Description

On a Flow page click in 'Start a new topic' - enter a title and a post, click 'Add topic'.
Click again 'Start a new topic' to start another topic - the text from the post to previous topic is placed in 'Post a new message...' area.

No actions on a page - Replies to other posts, edits to other topic titles - do not affect the display of the previous post when 'Start a new topic' is clicked. Refreshing a page or re-login will clear 'Post a new message...' area.
