On all croatian wikimedia projects (hrwiki, hrwikiquote, hrwikisource, hrwiktionary) HotCat gadget is not working at all, and users can not use it. The code should be fine.
Please can you help us to solve this problem!

I'm tempted to close this task as INVALID because local / on-wiki / gadget code issues are not tracked in Phabricator... :)

It's been fixed on hr.wiki. Not sure about the others, but they should get fixed as part of T110149 if they aren't fixed already.
