Per T108637, we should create some on-wiki documentation for the Quick Intersection tool (http://tools.wmflabs.org/quick-intersection/index.php).
Specifically, it would be good to explain the differences between Quick Intersection and CatScan on pages that already talk about CatScan.
There's not really any documentation for Quick Intersection out there although I found tons about CatScan. I added whatever I could find about Quick Intersection to the wiki page.
Some of the "Options" there are not clear to me, maybe we could ask some of the users of QI to help update it?
Also, CatScan seems to do exactly what Quick Intersection does along with some additional features too. As Magnus puts it "QuickIntersection is a "light" variant of my CatScan. So, "improvement" in terms of functionality is likely in CatScan already."
@Ricordisamoa: It was already on English Wikipedia to begin with. Niharika just expanded it. Any suggestions for a better place for that documentation to live? Meta? Wikitech?

Magnus added the documentation for options I could not find docs for.
I added the same documentation to Meta as well. Letting the page on enwiki be for keeping consistency with CatScan.
