Mention suggestions drop down - the width size is not calculated correctly

Description

The issue happens only during the first Insert and first Edit in a post.

  1. In Mention inspector type E - the list of suggestions will be wider than Mention form field.

  1. Select an item and click Insert.
  1. Click on the inserted Mention to Edit. The suggestion list will be narrower than the form field.

This might be an OOUI bug, but it could also be a bug in our code.
